📺 Plex Installation Guide

Please follow the steps below to activate your service.

⚠️ Important Before You Start

Supported Devices:

• Smart TV

• Fire TV / Fire Stick

• Android TV

• Google TV

• Xbox

• PlayStation

Not Supported

• iPhone

• iPad

• Android Phone

• Android Tablet

✅ Supported devices must be activated using the 4-digit PIN code displayed in Plex.

❌ Username and password login is not supported for this service.

❌ Do not create your own Plex account.

📥 Install Plex on Firestick

1. From the Fire Stick home screen, select Search (magnifying glass icon in the top-left corner).
2. Type Plex and select it from the search results.
3. Choose Plex: Stream Movies & TV from the results.
4. Select Download (or Get if you have previously installed it).
5. Once the installation is complete, select Open to launch Plex.

🔑 Get Your Activation PIN

1. Open the Plex app.
2. Select Sign In.
3. A 4-digit PIN code will appear on screen.
4. Send the PIN code to us for activation.

📝 Change Your Device Name

1. Open Plex.
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Main/General > Device Name.
3. Change the device name to: YOUR NAME + DATE

Example: JohnSmith 17/06/2026

🎬 Change Video Quality Settings

1. Go to Settings > Video Quality.
2. Set Home Streaming to Maximum or Original.
3. Set Remote Streaming to Maximum or Original.
4. 
   

These settings help ensure the best streaming quality.
