Install the launcher on Firestick and add both main and backup logins.

• Turn on your Fire Stick and TV.
• On the Fire Stick remote, press and hold the Right button on the directional ring and the Back button at the same time.
• Hold both buttons for about 10 seconds.
• A reset message should appear on the screen.
• Select Reset to confirm.
• Wait for the Fire Stick to erase and restart.
Buttons to press:
Right + Back
• Go to Settings ⚙️.
• Select My Fire TV.
• Choose Reset to Factory Defaults.
• Select Reset to confirm.
• Wait for the Fire Stick to erase and restart.

• Choose your language.
• Connect to Wi-Fi.
• Sign in with your Amazon account.
• Complete any available updates.
• Wait for the Fire TV Home screen to appear.

• From the Home screen, select Find → Search.
• Search for Downloader.
• Select the Downloader app.
• Choose Download/Get.
• Wait for installation to finish, then open Downloader.

• Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options.
If Developer Options is missing:
• Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About.
• Highlight About.
• Press the OK/Select button 7 times.
• Developer Options will appear.
Then:
• Open Install Unknown Apps.
• Turn Downloader to ON.

• Open Downloader.
• Allow any permissions it requests.
• Download and install the app.

• Open Wizard Launcher from your apps.
• Allow it to install any required apps.
• Accept any permissions it requests.

• Open Wizard TV.
• Accept any permissions it requests.
• Select Main.
• Enter your name, username, and password.
• Click Add User.
• Then click Login.

• Click the Account icon on the bottom bar on the homepage.
• Choose Backup.
• Select Update Login.
• Username: use the same username as the Main account.
• Password: use the Main password with Wiz added at the end.
Example:
Main password: password123
Backup password: password123Wiz
