🔒 TalkTalk - Turn Off HomeSafe / Kid Safe

Turn off TalkTalk HomeSafe or Kid Safe through TalkTalk My Account.

1️⃣ Turn Off HomeSafe / Kid Safe

• Log in to TalkTalk My Account.

• Go to Profile & Settings.

• Open My Security Settings.

• View the HomeSafe settings.

• Turn off Kid Safe.

• Turn off Homework Time if it is enabled.

• Turn off Virus Alerts if needed.

• Confirm the changes if prompted.

• Allow a few minutes for the changes to apply.

2️⃣ Restart Your Hub

• Restart your TalkTalk Hub.

• Reconnect your device to Wi-Fi.
