1️⃣ Turn Off Broadband Shield

• Log in to My Sky.

• Go to Broadband & Talk.

• Open Broadband Shield.

• Select Disable Shield or Switch Off.

• Save the settings.

• Wait up to 15 minutes for the changes to apply.

2️⃣ Restart Your Hub

• Restart your Sky Hub.

• Reconnect your device to Wi-Fi.
