🔒 EE - Turn Off Web Protect / Parental Controls

Turn off EE Web Protect or Parental Controls through the EE app.

1️⃣ Turn Off Web Protect

• Open the EE app.

• Select Manage from the bottom menu.

• Select Broadband.

• Find Web Protect.

• Switch Web Protect to Off.

Note:

Web Protect may take up to 2 hours to fully turn off.

2️⃣ Turn Off Parental Controls

• Open the EE app.

• Select Manage from the bottom menu.

• Select Broadband.

• Scroll to Parental Controls.

• Open the Parental Controls settings.

• Remove or untick any blocked websites, categories, or restrictions.

• Save the changes.

3️⃣ Restart Your Hub

• Restart your EE Hub.

• Reconnect your device to Wi-Fi.
