Reset the app when clearing cache does not fix the issue.

1️⃣ Force Stop the App

• Go to Settings.

• Select Applications.

• Choose Manage Installed Applications.

• Select the app.

• Click Force Stop.

2️⃣ Clear Data

Warning:

This resets the app and requires logging in again.

• Go to Settings.

• Select Applications.

• Choose Manage Installed Applications.

• Select the app.

• Click Clear Data.

• Confirm Clear Data when asked.

Only use Clear Data if Force Stop and Clear Cache did not fix the issue & Make sure you have your username and password before clearing
